AutoNexit application changes

Follow user-visible improvements, fixes, and compatibility changes across each published version.

Version

v1.53.2 Reliable public file access

Released on

Published files and embedded media no longer exhaust one shared Project Passport request allowance.

What changed

  • Project Passport media previews and file downloads now use a separate per-resource allowance, so normal browser reloads, galleries and consecutive downloads do not block one another.
  • Security limits remain on sensitive and anonymous entry points, but any exceptional wait response is now localized and branded instead of exposing a raw framework error.
Version

v1.53.1 Reliable uploads for every file format

Released on

Project and support attachments now accept every file format and use a hosting-friendly upload path governed by available storage.

What changed

  • Editor, task, Commercial, evidence and revision uploads now use consistent small chunks, so the total file may use all storage available in the account without depending on one large request.
  • Ordinary file attachments and support-ticket attachments no longer use an extension or MIME allowlist. Available plan storage remains the capacity boundary.
  • Inline images, audio and video are still verified before browser rendering. Every other format stays private and is delivered only as a protected download.
  • Published Project Passport notes now preserve rich formatting, checklists and galleries, and serve referenced images, voice recordings, videos and files through publication-bound protected links.
Version

v1.53.0 Reference-currency financial conversion

Released on

Financial Overview now follows Global Settings and converts workspace currencies through auditable USD rates.

What changed

  • The page no longer has a separate display-currency selector; every total and export uses the signed-in user’s reference currency from Global Settings.
  • A Conversion panel beside Filters records the USD value of each supported currency for each workspace. Cross-currency project totals are calculated automatically from the applicable dated snapshots.
  • Official demo workspaces and generated sample projects no longer appear in financial totals or filters. Filter spacing and archive selection are more compact, and IRT is presented as Toman in the financial interface.
Version

v1.52.1 Reliable task saving after access changes

Released on

Task edits can be saved even when an existing assignee has since lost task access.

What changed

  • Saving an unrelated task edit no longer revalidates an unchanged historical assignee. Adding a user without current task access remains blocked, and removing that assignee remains available.
Version

v1.52.0 Portfolio-wide financial overview

Released on

Authorized project commercials now roll up into a secure, auditable multi-workspace financial view.

What changed

  • Financial Overview adds Overview, Projects, Payments and Expenses views with URL-based workspace, date and currency filters, independent widgets, responsive tables and accessible cash-flow reporting.
  • Portfolio totals continue to use each project’s Commercials records. Manual append-only exchange-rate snapshots make cross-currency totals reproducible and visibly exclude projects whose rate is missing.
  • Workspace and project permissions are intersected for every query and export. CSV, multi-sheet Excel and PDF outputs reapply server-side scope and filters, while sample projects demonstrate healthy, warning, loss and overdue scenarios without external rates or scheduled jobs.
Version

v1.51.0 Immutable project ownership and collaborator shares

Released on

Project ownership is fixed to its creator, shared access matches the current Project Office, and collaborator compensation has a controlled payment path.

What changed

  • The project creator is the only project manager and ownership cannot be transferred. Project manager is no longer offered as an invitation or member role.
  • Shared-section choices now expose Reminders, Notes and Tasks instead of one outdated Project Notebook choice, while preserving access for existing memberships.
  • Commercials now includes Collaborators after Budget. Managers can record a member share and mark it paid to create the matching expense; members without Commercials access see only their own amount, payment state and notes. Task-file download controls also remain contained inside their cards.
Version

v1.50.1 Reliable media removal and roomier task details

Released on

Editor attachments now delete consistently on hosted installations, while task details use their available space more cleanly.

What changed

  • Removing a recorded or uploaded voice, file, image, video or gallery now uses a hosting-compatible authenticated mutation while preserving idempotency, Remote Storage deletion and project-manager quota release.
  • Task details are taller and omit the redundant description strip and title help control. Save text is centered, the conversation icon follows the writing direction, and file download controls stay inside their cards.
Version

v1.50.0 Readable public notebooks and precise collaborator access

Released on

Published project notes are easier to read, while invitation access starts complete and remains easy to tailor.

What changed

  • Project Passport now presents Notebook pages as toolbar-free read-only cards with a bounded preview. Longer notes open at a separate publication-bound URL with the same rich content styling, language support and snapshot privacy.
  • Collaborator and project-member invitations now select every project section by default except Commercials. The compact selector supports any project role, and removing a selection limits that collaborator to the retained sections.
Version

v1.49.0 Stable editor media and notebook archives

Released on

Media stays stable while writing, attachment controls are dependable, and archived or favorite notes are easier to recognize.

What changed

  • Footnotes now receive the next whole number automatically, media previews keep stable signed sources while typing, new uploads no longer replace the selected media, size choices share one compact menu, and image, video, audio, file and gallery removal works through managed storage and quota accounting.
  • Notebook items can be archived and restored without releasing storage usage, favorites have a distinct background, and generated sample projects no longer create automatic task or Commercial payment reminders unless a user explicitly schedules a manual reminder.
Version

v1.48.0 Precise writing direction and managed media

Released on

The shared editor now has predictable RTL/LTR behavior, cleaner media controls and one reliable voice recording flow.

What changed

  • Persian editors start in RTL and other locales in LTR; lists, checklists, quotes and aligned code blocks render consistently, the empty-document floating menu stays hidden, More is visually distinct, and Focus mode has been removed.
  • Formula, footnote, bookmark and video insertion use accessible application dialogs. Media exposes only relevant description and delete controls, live voice transcription shares the recording dialog, repeated previews are prevented, and deleting managed media removes it from Remote Storage and releases the project manager’s quota.
