Release history

AutoNexit application changes

Follow user-visible improvements, fixes, and compatibility changes across each published version.

Version

v1.53.9 Reliable invitation and notification links

Released on

Project invitations and Telegram callbacks now use a fully synchronized request policy across every deployed application file.

What changed

  • Opening or responding to a project invitation no longer fails because of a stale request-limiter reference.
  • The release gate now rejects any bundle whose routes reference an unregistered named limiter, preventing partial route-policy deployments.
Version

v1.53.8 Reliable revision sequences and recoverable archives

Released on

Revision designations now identify the exact missing step, while archived documents remain reviewable and restorable.

What changed

  • Each revision now follows the visible Tested, Approved, Installed, Golden Copy and As-Built sequence, with the earliest missing designation named precisely.
  • A successful designation updates the timeline immediately from the authoritative server response, avoiding stale prerequisite messages.
  • Revision Vault now has a dedicated archive view where retained timelines can be opened read-only and authorized users can restore documents.
Version

v1.53.7 Archived content remains in storage usage

Released on

Archiving content no longer hides its retained files from account storage reporting.

What changed

  • Files retained by archived projects, documents, tasks and notes continue to consume the owning account allowance.
  • Archived projects with retained files appear in the account storage breakdown with a clear archived label and no unavailable project link.
  • Only a completed permanent file purge releases used capacity; upload reservations remain accounted for separately.
Version

v1.53.6 Clear Revision Vault actions

Released on

Document actions and revision designation prerequisites are now visible before and after interaction.

What changed

  • Open, edit and archive document icons now include localized tooltips.
  • Revision designation prerequisites are explained in tooltips and visible feedback, with precise API error codes for concurrent or invalid transitions.
  • The Vault now states explicitly that immutable revision files remain in the evidence timeline and that documents can be archived instead.
Version

v1.53.5 Refined project navigation colors

Released on

Global and in-project navigation now use clearly defined, consistent colors.

What changed

  • The global project navigation uses a deep #041014 background.
  • Inside a project, navigation uses the specified blue gradient with pale-blue menu text and a separately highlighted project title in both light and dark modes.
Version

v1.53.4 Clear project and administration contexts

Released on

Project notes, invitations, navigation and administration now present the correct context at a glance.

What changed

  • Generated sample projects no longer appear in the collaborator invitation project list.
  • Project Office notes are titled Notes, and project navigation uses a distinct accessible background while a project is open.
  • Administration now uses a standalone shell whose first action returns to Projects. Revision Vault continues to expose audited Tested, Approved, Installed, Reference Version and As-built designations for each document revision.
Version

v1.53.3 Focused request limits

Released on

Request limits now follow one explicit policy and no longer affect ordinary application use.

What changed

  • Only password sign-in and registration, OTP request and verification, sensitive account-security operations, project invitations, and successfully delivered public contact submissions retain request limits.
  • OTP and project-invitation resends now rely on those declared limits without an additional cooldown.
  • Ordinary authenticated actions, public Project Passport and QR access, file and media downloads, webhooks, administration, offline synchronization and engineering exports no longer use a general request limit.
Version

v1.53.2 Reliable public file access

Released on

Published files and embedded media no longer exhaust one shared Project Passport request allowance.

What changed

  • Project Passport media previews and file downloads now use a separate per-resource allowance, so normal browser reloads, galleries and consecutive downloads do not block one another.
  • Security limits remain on sensitive and anonymous entry points, but any exceptional wait response is now localized and branded instead of exposing a raw framework error.
Version

v1.53.1 Reliable uploads for every file format

Released on

Project and support attachments now accept every file format and use a hosting-friendly upload path governed by available storage.

What changed

  • Editor, task, Commercial, evidence and revision uploads now use consistent small chunks, so the total file may use all storage available in the account without depending on one large request.
  • Ordinary file attachments and support-ticket attachments no longer use an extension or MIME allowlist. Available plan storage remains the capacity boundary.
  • Inline images, audio and video are still verified before browser rendering. Every other format stays private and is delivered only as a protected download.
  • Published Project Passport notes now preserve rich formatting, checklists and galleries, and serve referenced images, voice recordings, videos and files through publication-bound protected links.
Version

v1.53.0 Reference-currency financial conversion

Released on

Financial Overview now follows Global Settings and converts workspace currencies through auditable USD rates.

What changed

  • The page no longer has a separate display-currency selector; every total and export uses the signed-in user’s reference currency from Global Settings.
  • A Conversion panel beside Filters records the USD value of each supported currency for each workspace. Cross-currency project totals are calculated automatically from the applicable dated snapshots.
  • Official demo workspaces and generated sample projects no longer appear in financial totals or filters. Filter spacing and archive selection are more compact, and IRT is presented as Toman in the financial interface.
